PHILLY MURAL PROJECT: Color everywhere and where needed most. The murals are part of the Mural Arts Philadelphia program which self-identifies as the 'nation's largest public art program'. The aim for many images shown here was to present the murals within their neighborhood landscape, showing both scale and how the space was altered.
